All items are dispatched within 24 hrs of receiving proof of payment.
Choose your shipping option. Make sure you enter the correct shipping address. We do not take responsibility for goods delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping details given to us.
Postage is calculated according to the weight of you order. (Standard SA Postage Rates apply). We will email you a tracking number and your parcel should arrive at your post office in 3 to 4 working days.
Express Courier is a standard fee of R85-00 per parcel irrespective of the weight and ONLY applies to major city centres. PLEASE NOTE that we reserve the right to add an additional charge should you not live in a major city centre.
Our courier delivers the next day to all major city centres, apart from Cape Town and regional areas. These take 48hrs or more.

Below is a step by step guide on how to use your credit card to pay for a purchase. MyGate and Toddlers Warehouse have done everything possible to protect you against fraud.
If you are not registered for 3D-Secure and your bank requires you to:
Complete your purchase.
Click on “Checkout” and choose to pay with your credit card.
You will be redirected to the MyGate payment page.
Enter your card details and click on “Process”.
You will see a screen that will inform you of a 3D-Secure pin and you will be asked to register.
Please enter your card number, ID number and PIN (This is your 3D-Secure PIN that you choose). You will not be able to get the PIN from the website for security reasons. The only way that you can get the PIN is to contact your bank. Please dial the number that appears on the screen. The PIN that you choose will always be the same for all transactions.
Click on continue and the transaction is completed.
If you are not registered for 3D-Secure and your bank doesn’t require you to:
Complete your purchase.
Click on “Checkout” and choose to pay with your credit card.
You will be redirected to the MyGate payment page.
Enter your card details and click on “Process” and the transaction is completed.
If you are registered for 3D-Secure:
Complete your purchase.
Click on “Checkout” and choose to pay with your credit card.
You will be redirected to the MyGate payment page.
Enter your card details and click on “Process”.
You will get a screen in front of you asking you for your 3D-Secure PIN.
Enter your 3D-Secure PIN and click on “Continue”
The transaction will then be completed.
