Shipping Rates: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your entire order. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Please refer to the home page for our shipping rates.
Turnaround: All orders are shipped within 48hrs after we receive proof of payment. Orders are shipped during weekdays (excluding public holidays & Mondays). Please note that we carry a minimum stock level of each item, but we do not guarantee to always have everything available and in stock. We will also only send your order once the payment is reflected in our bank account.
We have two shipping options available for you. Normal post office counter to counter and a courier option. We highly recommend that you choose the post office counter to counter option as it is extremely reliable and very cost effective.
Should you choose the courier option then we will make use of a door to door courier service to all major areas in South Africa. This service takes 2- 4 working days. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. A tracking number and estimated day of delivery will be emailed to you once the goods have been dispatched. Should you live in a remote area then contact us for a special delivery quote.
Order Tracking: We will provide you with a tracking number when we use the South African Post Office. We will update your order with the tracking information. You may then track the delivery status of your order by visiting the SA Post Office website: http://oraweb.sapo.co.za/track_trace/owa/tt_history.main .

Back Orders: If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
How To Return An Item:
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 1. Please email sales@toddlerswarehouse to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Return Exceptions: Some items can not be returned if they have been opened and/or used. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Restocking Fee: All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. Exchanges: If your returned item is in like new condition, you may exchange your returned item for a different size or colour where applicable and subject to stock availability. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
